can not find image loading option for HDRI

Can not find option as link below for loading the HDI image. Anyone can help? I just got Octane for two days. Thanks heaps.

Select the texture pin on the environment node, then click "Click to Select Image".

What's to put in the power? So many options again

Power = the amount of light given off from the environment. Generally start at 1 and adjust as needed.
