Is the octane Live Activation server down?

Is the octane Live Activation server down because i try to install my octane to another machine and it said that could not connect to server.Whats happening
please help i have a job to deliver and the guys from Otoy didnt answer to my email for licence.

remember that i have deactivate my licence and im trying to activate my licence in another....
any help please.....

Everything works fine the octane live activation server was not down.
I have uninstall antivirus and the firewall and i have activate Octane.
Now lets render with the monster.
