Is there anyway I can save my render settings into profiles? 'Draft', 'Production' etc?
If not is this on the list for future updates?

You can setup your "Draft" rendertarget settings, and then "Export Rendertarget Settings" and then later "Import Rendetarget Settings" when you want to do a draft render. Do the same for Production, etc. Does this give you what you want?
Also, the "Draft", "Production", etc settings are really only going to be the "Kernel" node settings - which I generally do not change much. I just use DL for drafts and then PT or PMC for production.

Thanks Paul
I think this will work.
As well as the kernels I also normally set up a scene with generic lighting and correct exposure for testing the model as I render and then use IBL for the final renders which requires different exposure settings and post enabled.
I think the export rendertarget should work.
