Where do I go to attach to a mesh? I can't find any settings for it. Can anyone help with this?

Your mesh needs to have fur/hair curves that were created in another programme and imported.

Coming from maya using export scene it doesn't seem to be working. It saves a package but nothing comes in that has any kind of fur attributes assigned to it.

Since hair primitive is a new feature in 2.0, it'd be great an official FAQ/instruction/tutorial showing how to deal with those.
