I have a license for standalone octane v 1.x
to have upgrade v 2.x I have to buy the license?

you need to buy the upgrade license.
Intel quad core i5 @ 4.0 ghz | 8 gigs of Ram | Geforce GTX 470 - 1.25 gigs of Ram

Go to the upgrade page (http://render.otoy.com/account/upgrade_license.php - requires login), tick your standalone license and click proceed to payment.
It will cost 99EUR.
