Purchased but no licenses

Hello I'm going to bug you about licenses. Purchased three seats last thurs and still no e-mail with licenses. Love this software and want to start using it in production.

BTW are instances implemented yet?

Hi,

You purchased with an e-check, which has not arrived yet.
We will activate your license once the money has arrived.

Instances are not supported yet, they are on the roadmap for beta 3.

I purchased with Paypal. Or is that the same thing as an e-check? Just curious if I had two GTX 470s in one computer would the video ram be effectively doubled?

Also are Alpha channels slated to be in the 1.3 beta?

Hi, you payed with an e-check that has not arrived yet, once it's arrived you'll get your license activation information.

Alpha channel support will be in the next beta2.3 coming in a few weeks.
Using multiple GPUs does not multiply the memory, eg 2x GTX470 = the same amount of video memory available as one, but approx 2x the speed.
