Trouble with Max 2015, Win 8.1

Hi,

I just got a new machine and I get the following Error code:

"DLL <....Octane3dsmax.dlr> failed to initialize. Error code 127 - The specified procedure could not be found."

Using 3dsmax 2015 w/Sp1. Windows 8.1 with all updates. Nvidia 780TI w/latest 337.88 WHQL Driver.

Anyone seen this before?

What plugin setup log says?

Im using the 2.07a setup from the customer download area.
