Octane v2.0 + LW v11.6.3 Can't Authenticate Plugin..

Hello,

I've upgraded everything here, Lightwave to version 11.6.3, Octane (standalone) to v2.0 and Lightwave Octane Plugin to v2.0.

I have a working installation of Octane v2.0 Standalone, no problem here.

However, in Lightwave I get an error message from the Octane plugin:

Can't authenticate the plugin Octane license.
Invalid OctaneLive plugin account or wrong liveid / password combination.

Obviously I have a perfectly working Octane/LiveId account because my Octane Standalone is working fine.

Also I've tried to go to Layout -> Utilities -> Plugins -> Additional -> Octane_Enable (error message) the Octane_Options. I've entered my OctaveLive UserID and Password in the "OctaneLive" Tab then tried to click "Activate", and I get the same error message. (When I launch Octane Standalone it's green/activated/ok).

What should I do with the Lightwave Octane v2.0 plugin to make it work ?
(Windows 7 - x64)

Hi Guy,

Please make sure that your lightwave plugin license is also upgraded to 2.x.
Your account was tagged with a voucher for a free plugin upgrade when you upgraded your standalone.
Just go back to the upgrade page, it should tell you that you have a voucher at the bottom of the page.
Tick your LW plugin license and click proceed. It should automatically us the voucher, upgrade the license and not ask for payment.
