Try with a higher value for caustic blur. Or, direct lighting diffure mode, it will be the same as PT but without caustics. And you don't need caustics.
You can also reduce the bounces. Diffuse depth 2 and glossy depth 4 should be enough.
Also, I wouldn't use area lights on windows, your lighting is too flat.
What are your settings in PMC, have you adjusted values, direct light importance and exploration strength.
Give a higher sampling rate to the lightsources that creating the most noise. Make sure use as low resolution you can for the lightsources.
Alternative option is use Pathtracing or direct light diffuse for faster render.
