Hi,
if I use bump with very slight noise it makes ugly pixelate effect in reflections. If I use texture instead of noise - result is similar. I have the same problem with displacement. Any idea how fix it? Thanks a lot.

I noticed the same thing with displacement. I used a 32-bit image to get rid of it; it seems Octane is quite susceptible to the image colour levels. Try converting the bump texture to a 32-bit image and blurring it slightly and then try again.

I was using a really nice, very large greyscale image for displacement but it kept showing banding until I made it a 32-bit image. Must be something in the way Octane works. Maybe Ahmet can shed some light...

hmm, this not octane's shader. So we render that in cpu and save as image and use this.
Settings->rendertotexture->sizes affects the size of internally baked shaders.

Thanks guys! Texture in 32bit works well.
Is there any chance, that C4D noise will be compatible with Octane some day? I like animation potencial with noise shader.
