Okay. Okay. I'm done. This is it. I think I can stop my suffering. It's good enough I think. I would like to thank ElBloko and his thread for learning a bit more on creating better cloths: http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=40434

Really helpful.

Maybe one day. I have other projects to work on. Will probably do it when I have the spare time and the willpower to wanna re-render it.

Lower your 2 ceiling pendants, about double, turn on all your lights (side table lamp, pendant lamps), THEN you're done. =)

You've come this far, and it's looking great...don't stop now. That's all you have to do. You have a lot of awesome blue environment light coming in, you just need the yellow artificial lights for the finish line.

It's less than a 1/2 hour of work. Finish it!

best,
O

And while youre at it eliminate this large white spot at the right window corner. Just photoshop a background scene in there.

I know its tidious and you get tired from redoing stuff. But thats a good training for getting disciplined with your work and also getting faster and used to redo mistakes. If you see obvious mistakes, FIX THEM.. dont waste time thinking about it or thinking about that youre tired.. just DO IT. You will see its done within minutes and every time you will look at your end result you will feel good about it.

You guys are meeeeaaaaaaannnnn. I'll think about it okay? I want to do other work. I'll come back and make a V3 I swear. I just need to work on something else or my soul will die. Next time I will add some lights I swear, and I'll look into filling that white glare thing behind the plant. I just need a change.

Lol! Yeah maybe a little mean...but not as half as mean as clients. =)

Heelie hit it on the head. It's hard to finish something you're not into. But that's the reality of the design biz. That's why this is perfect training.

Making a GREAT rendering or design is 90% discipline. This is what separates the pros from the joes.

You can do it! It's almost there.

O
