Material macro node missing in version 2

Hi,

Has the material macro node been replaced with something else as I am unable to find the node in it's usual location/menu.

Also Why cant I see a fur node in version 2.0, is fur available only in the integrated plugins and in stand alone versions?
Win7, Nvidia 8600M 512, Intel centrino duo.

Material macro is now known as a "Node Graph".
You can either right click and find it on the bottom of the list, or you can select a material (or multiple) and select group.

If will need to create a material output node inside the node graph unless you grouped a material that was attached to another node.
