does this mean that when I upgrade 1 standalone for 39€, my 1 3ds max plugin upgrade to 2.0 is free?

So to upgrade standalone + 3ds max license you will pay 99EUR only.
(you need to upgrade both the plugin and standalone license to use a 2.0 plugin).
