Why does IES light have fireflies

hi i have two light normal and ies on the right. ies always have fireflies. And I dont want to use hot pixel removal Is it something about IES I tried increase SAMPLES but it does nothing not sure what its for Thank you

I think i got it. I was using Diffuse DL and grey cylinder was bouncing light along with the light. So when i made the cylinder pure black only light was contributing.
