Just upgraded Standalone 2.0, but get "Invalid login" in Max

Hello guys,

Just upgraded Standalone 2.0, but get "Invalid login" in Max? I also read when purchasing that ONE free plugin would be included in the price...

How do I activate my 3dsmax plugin?

Standalone 2.0 runs just fine, but Max plugin won't ? :-( Help please.
