i in-stored a new window version 8.1 then following Otane standalone version 1.54 after that my Otane get error like a picture below.. How could i fix it??????

Hi,

Offline data is stored in %appdata%\OctaneRender.
Make sure the user octane is running as can write there (try running octane as administrator, or creating the %appdata%\OctaneRender folder and giving read/write access to everyone).
