Plugin Deactivates itself every couple days!!!!??

Hi There,

For some reason the plugin is saying it is active on another machine and randomly deactivates. This happens every couple of days??!?!?!

Also if i leave C4d running over night it always crashes c4d. its super unstable at the moment for some reason?

i'm using a 27" iMac late 2013. and am using version 1.54.1.

Also lets say i have activated and i'm connected to the internet. if i try using it without internet on the next launch it's sluggish for a minute and then gives me a crash report.

I would really appreciate some help. because at the moment i'm seconds away from asking for a refund.

Hi,
This sounds like your account is accessed from other pc. It may be crashed, if this occuring while current pc is rendering.
Is it occuring while doing renderings every night? Octane is sensitive to Nvidia drivers and gpu problems. 1.54 needs newer cuda (nvidia) drivers.
Please give me some bugreport.zip and more info about crashing scenes for helping to you.

also can you install standalone 1.54 or 1.55?

Ok I installed 1.55 standalone. Launched it and it crashed. I've attached a Bug Report.

is your nvidia driver 310.40? we have updated our drivers to 335 or newers due support for new maxwell cards(750Ti,etc). I'll point this problem to devs for getting some help

Not Sure. Can you send me a Mac Download link for 335? my card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 775M 2048 MB
