C4D crash when open live db plugin

aoktar is also right. the problem only occurs when im entering livedb material and it might be problem with the server or something.
everything else is working flawlessly.

so can i have some help with the issue? what should i do to fix it?
can otoy actually provide a direct download for all the material so we can install it ourself?

MY name is Augusto and I'm not happy with all explanation to install the plugin for c4d in mac i download many times the plugin and doesn't work , i want to know why i'm facing so much problem to install in mac , is anyone there to help me i fall all the tutorials and i still have problems to install .
