hi Karba
sory for my english
I'm 3dsmax user.
We work constantly on architectural animation projects with static objects.
I think, i have a good idea for a fast architectural render.
As you know, octane ( update render geometry) is re-calculating the scene
for each frame. If the scene is crowd, the operations are stretched in
every frame . This will delay the animation. But in octane render wievport
is loading the Scene once time.
For new objects which are static, you have not load again the scene. İf
there is no new object in the scene you can make fast camera movements or
light settings.
Ok now I have an idea: if you put a check button in the render window ( for
example with the name: static render)
When we will checking this check button, there will only on the first frame
processed, so the architecture animations can prepared faster.
have a nice day
good idea for fast architectural render

Hi there,
I have the same problem when i was render on the octane viewport the render time 22 seconds but
i was render sequence animation with max frame octane render time 1.5 minutes and calculate the scene
2 days ago i wrote Kabra and he said tome switch off the update geometry animation option on the settings
but the all frames same render don't render animations
Kabra you have to fix this
Thank you.

You already have such button - "update animation geometry" option.grafiker27 wrote:hi Karba

Do all frames take 1:22 minutes or just first one? Don't forget that first frame always takes more time due to geometry preparation, but next one takes less.GlobalMarketing wrote:Hi there,
