Hello. I have a problem with the configuration of the material glass. I get black object, or mirrored object. Help please.

Hi,

You need to switch to path tracing.
click on the little icon (the last one) in the vertical icon bar left to the node stack editor and then change the 'directlighting' to 'pathtracing'.

BTW: directlighting is meant for interactivity/finetuning as it's faster, pathtracing is unbiased and is for your finals, with much better quality.

Can you tell me the optimal settings of the material and "Path tracing"?

for normal glass, just pure white on reflection and transmission, IOR = default (1.45)
path tracing does'nt need any settings changed...

Make sure you're normals are pointing in the right way.
you should make double sided glass, and the normals should point outwards on both sides...
