I don't remember but as far as it is paypal You don't need to have it's account and can pay directly from Your credit/internet card =)

glimpse is right, you can use your credit card without a paypal account even though the transaction still goes through the paypal portal, this works for most countries where paypal operates.

I can't see other options and now paypal has problem, when I log-in it gives error immediately that can't pay

This is a problem for me also, my Paypal account was blocked years ago, and my credit card associated with it cannot be use if the transaction goes through the PayPal network.

With the Version 2.0 behind the corner, I need the option to purchase with a different network, otherwise I cannot buy it!

Hi,

We had the same error issue last month when we purchased. It would not take a payment unless we actually had a verified Paypal account. I'm not sure if there were changes on paypal's end at one time or not but now it acts like you have to have a Paypal account. Just wanted to share our experience as well.
