Not expecting anything 100%, but just wondering when we might be expecting to be able to put down some green to get access to the 2.0 release candidates?

They said they are aiming to release the first test version (NOT the release candidate) sometime this month.xxdanbrowne wrote:Not expecting anything 100%, but just wondering when we might be expecting to be able to put down some green to get access to the 2.0 release candidates?
Here's a silly question. What's the difference between a Release Candidate and test version? Seems like all the 1.5 RCs were seeded as 1.3x test versions, no?They said they are aiming to release the first test version (NOT the release candidate) sometime this month.
A test version is not expected to be complete, probably has bugs etc
A release candidate is, as the name suggests, a candidate for release. It should be fully featured and bug free. Barring unforeseen problems it could become the actual release.
