maya installation problems

My name is Michiel van Iperen.

For a future commercial project we are trying to test out Octane for Maya as a possible GPU productionrender. All looks very good on your website.

When I try to install the maya-demo though, I can't get the plug-in working. This is the message I get when attempting to activate the module in the plug-in manager:

I've tried to find a forum-entry about this problem and I tried to subscribe this issue but I don't know how or where to do this. Therefore I am writing this email..
