1) load chess scene
2) let rendering run
3) change resolution to square/512x512
4) change resolution to square/1024x1024
boom

I will include details about my system if needed. What's the best way to reports bugs and problems? A subforum? A formal bugtracker like Mantis or something?

I do believe this is relatively common at the moment, I am sure it will be fixed soon.
