IE Security / installing programs

Trying to install software on the AMI (windows).

Launched IE, but need Java. How do I lower the IE security settings (zones, etc) and then install?

Had issues with all parts.

Am I not a local admin on the AMI Windows version?

Hi read the 3rd paragraph http://aws.otoy.com/docs/OTOY-EC2-AMI.pdf
You need to be the administrator of the instance. Logging in through Otoy does not give admin access.
