Authentication problem

I´m sudenly, having problem to athenticate mu octane licens

it says that it can´t conect to Octane Live. Please I relly need this now. It worke yesterday...

Hi Dawe,

Do you run through a work network or anything that might cause problems accessing https://live1.refractivesoftware.com?
Double check there are no firewalls or a proxy server between you and that address (on your side).

If octane is saying it can't connect then something is stopping it (as far as i can see there has been no problem with the server).

It works again. But it took some hours. I hadn´t changed anything on the computer or any upgarades. very stressing! I´m glad it works now.

Perhaps there was a failure somewhere between where your location and our server.
