Problem with license 3d max plugin and standalone

Hello people!

I sent my computer to the concert and went to install it and gave octane problem. Said this: "invalid account octane plugin or wrong live id / password combination."
I disabled my accounts on the site that already have 2 licenses and decided to change them between computers.
Ai came another problem when I connect fails to authenticate, and comes a warning: "Could not conect to OctaneLive".
My internet is working perfectly. I do not know what to do, I'm desperate because I have work to do and I am now without rendering.

Do you use proper id/pass pair for the plugin.
You should have 2 pair id/pass. One is for standalone activation and the other one for 3dsmax plugin activation.

I purchased the revit 2014 64bit license and received an email from Otoy with octanelive id and password. When I try the octanelive activation, I get the following message:

Invalid OctaneLive Standalone Account or wrong LiveId / password combination

Is anyone else experienceing this problem? If so, how can I fix this error. (I disabled my firewall and virus software. Also checked ping and internet connection is working fine).

Please help, I want to start rendering ASAP.

1) you have to buy plugin license + standalone license to use plugin.
2) this is 3dsmax section, not revit.
