if the cost will be as anounced... than that a big deal..
I was ignoring the fact of 6gb GTX780model..'cos I've never seen it comming..especially at that price point..

the other thing is with Ti model (kingpin edition..) but I believe it's targeted to a bit diff audience.

Man, if 2x 780 6GB cards are roughly the same price as one Titan, seems like a pretty good deal.

My only concern is with putting two ACX cooler designs in my Mac Pro. Not sure if the airflow would cause problems.

hmm, maybe it's time to have a look at an update to the ol' 2gb 660ti. Especially at that price point, but probably in OZ it'll be much more.. :(

That sounds nice. I'm thinking a couple of those in a basic computer used for network rendering in Octane 2.0

Is that 780 really 6gb and not 2x 3gb?
Wow! That is much cheaper (585 euro) than a Titan (900 euro)
That is.. Titan is 54% more expensive for 25% more renderspeed (2880 versus 2304 x same speed).
Luckely I already got my two Titans, so I do not have to think about wether go for 6gb
and choose between 780 or Titan to save money or go for max speed. I'll probably would have chosen the Titans anyway,
but the 780 6gB is a bargain!
When google 780 6gb it is still available, at least it looks like it to me.
