So both stop buttons make sense, but I still feel there should be a play/pause toggle button in the icon list to resume a render without restarting it, sometimes you need to do something on the rendering machine which requires you to pause a render that's been going for 20 minutes and that still has 10 minutes left. We shouldn't have to completely restart that render, just resume where it left off.
Otherwise, there would be no need for a Pause button at all, correct?

Oh, I'd also like to ask for a feature request.
Is there any way to add the "Editor" category for the material to the Material Editor window? As shown in the attached image? In my specific layout I use only the material editor for... editing materials and uncheck materials from the attributes manager so it doesn't show up double. Because of this if I need to change a material preview size there is a bunch of menu clicking to get to the "Editor" section. I noticed you were able to finally get "Fake Shadows" over to the Material editor window so I'm hoping this wouldn't be too much of a chore to accomplish.

Hey Aoktar, Did some more Net render testing with the version 1.21a and it returns "out of memory error" But if I fall back to 1.18 Test1 It works great! What would cause this?

I might have found the problem, The Octane sky was keeping image files even after they were deleted. After deleting the octane sky and re adding the final HDR It rendered fine. (This is in 1.18b Test1) I will get another test going soon with 1.21a to see if the Octane sky was the problem.
As I do the Net render tests I've realized that its only the ImageTexture that is causing problems. Weather it be that there was no ImageTexture in a slot or the texture slot was holding previous values.
