License Agreement window, close window inactive.

I'm not sure if this has been reported or not, I searched and it did not turn up.

There is a problem when you open the Help/License Agreement window, in that the close window button is not active. There is no way to close the window and it floats, so there is no way to select any other UI element. My only remedy is to Force Quit Cinema 4D. Please fix or let me know if I am missing something. Screenshot attached.
