i think this has been mentioned before but i´ve been running into this
problem again, lately, and it´s giving me a hard time:

After tweeking textures in an external program, they do not reload in octane by selecting the file again.
i have to choose another texture, then change again to the initial texture in order to update it.
When using a lot of hires image textures (as i do) this can cost precious time!
Please introduce a RELOAD-Button!

Even worse, it seems the filname has to change for octane to update so you need to save new files all the time. Very annoying for such a simple thing.

The plugin for 3DSMAX seems extremely immature in all ways. Would not switch to anything else but it really feels like working in a garage sometimes.

Aha! the other day i restarted 3dsmax... did not think about renaming... :-(
