I created bump, but ... the light is not working properly.

I've done it several times using a bump map and it works great.
What result are you getting?

only with bump map, specular light does not work well, as true mteriale,
Also in this tutorial, use a different map, not only bump map ;)

Perhaps I'm missing something. I just used the images contained in that link, and it looks good to me.

Just mess with the bump strength, the spec and roughness etc.
