Hi,

Sculptimg and Ocatne render not go because there are unfortunately no Displacment.

Is it planned to introduce this?

A shame but if you therefore the sculpting does not or only limited use could be.

Depending on what you need, you can always just use the highest resolution mesh as geometry. Even in animation you can use the mesh deformer with low poly proxies, it's not ideal. Hopefully it is added at some point in the future, but it's a more fundamental issue related to CUDA I think. Certainly not the C4D guys' problem at the moment

You could try this method for displacement http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=37181
