Did you check the clock? I tried to find out what the GPU runs at ... I used HWinfo64, which mentions the GPU clock on top (not the memory clock further down). I think my Ti was at 1150 MHz, if this tool is correct while rendering pathtracing/no-alpha.
I think it is safe to assume that 780Ti and Black Titan are exactly the same speed at the same clock, with the titans advantage of the vram size (and DP if you use it somewhere).
