Hi all

Am I the only one getting trouble to connect to live server ?
Everything was working fine yesterday, but either from standalone(which switch to offline mode) and from blender (can't render at all) it fails to connect

cheers

From the plugin side there is nothing to do with standalone except licensing info. OctaneServer itself does not need same version of standalone to work.
Can you show what errors are reported in Blender console and in live-render viewport?

I was using stand alone a couple hours ago and couldnt reach the LiveDB, I think the server was down or something. It's working now, try again.

Really?
What did you experience, very slow? completely not contactable?

Server usage looks relatively normal, no downtime or other troubles reported by our server host...

Thanks
Chris.

Sorry for late answer, couldn't escape from work for a couple of days

I had the connection failure for about half an hour.
Internet browsing was ok, so it was may be a route problem if everything was up and running on your side
