Paul,
How do I mimic the environment now to the way it was before the changes?
I have some scenes made with pre .20 version and in 1.29.0.20, no matter what projection I choose, direction/transform I rotate, etc, etc, the HDRI lighting is never the same. I would like to recreate the same lighting on some of these scenes.
Thanks
Sam

Hi Sam
I have updated the manual to answer this - pls refer to IBL Rotation at http://render.otoy.com/manuals/Poser/?page_id=107. The next update of the plugin will automatically set the projection to spherical when you set the "environment" to IBL ("Texture Environment").

Yup, I had to find that one out the hard way too, a while ago
But since it' being set to "spherical" by default in the next version it'll be just as easy.

Yeah just not working out the same way, but thanks!
As a side, is there any way to add "nudge" arrows or something to the sliders? While rendering, making what I think are small adjustments (say, rotating the y axis) actually turns out to be bigger jumps than I wanted when its finally processed.

Yes - I agree. But how much is a "nudge"? There is a minimum tick size on the wxPython sliders and the Y rotation (-360 to 360) makes it hard to get right. In these instances I usually enter numbers to move things a tiny bit.As a side, is there any way to add "nudge" arrows or something to the sliders?
