Hi All

I currently have a GTX 760 installed in my base machine. I recently purchase a Titan how much faster will it be vs a
Titan

4gb gtx 760 vs 6gb Titan (googled it but got nothing clearly stating the speed difference)

A Titan should be somewhat less than double the CUDA speed of a 760. But it may vary ... I'm not EXACTLY sure how it behaves for Octane. The benchmarks vary between the various render engines like iRay, Blender cycles eetc.

Hi, here you can see speed.

So it seems like basically when you factor in the memory expansion it about 2X the speed of a 760.

Sounds good to me. :D

And it should be noted, for those who are still a little in the dark about CUDA cores and GPU rendering, that there are discrepancies between gaming performance and Octane (or other GPU engines) rendering.

For instance, a 760 may possibly give 20 more FPS in a game like Crysis2 than a 580... but as you can see in the chart, a 580 will smoke a 760 in Octane. Kepler cores are (apparently) more geared toward better gaming with less heat and fan noise, at the expense of 1/3 the raw rendering power of Fermi cores. Which is why 3 Kepler cores = 1 Fermi core.
