Maybe try balancing the lights, give some lights, which you suspects are coausing the noise, more samples.

DON'T USE IES LIGHTS!
place invisible rectangular light behind the openings
Place invisible spherical emitters inside the ceiling lamps or circular below, it depends by the real light distribution.
leave 1 sample for big emitters, for tiny emitters change it to 50-100
and finally use a de-noise filter in PS
