Yup, you'll need two licences per mac/windows combination.
But compared to the quality of the software, two licences don't cost that much
Any Mac Pro users out there?

how do your two computer setups actually work ?
you can't network render on the pc, can you?
means you actually have to work on the pc if you really want to be productive
also licence switching is too slow to allow fast switches i guess
so its not using the convinience of a mac paired with the power of a pc,
its more a … working on the pc and maybe have your mail on the mac, isnt it?
thunderbolt solutions are a hope i guess…
but there are not so many reports about it on the web, specially not for doing this with macs.
the new mac "pro" is a disaster for the viszualisation business.
(single xeon, openCL only) and sadly i dont think its going to get better with apple.
if you really want to work in this business you have to switch pc.

Mac Pro (2012) 2x6 Core | 24GB | 1 x Geforce GTX580/3GB
Perhaps Apple designed the new mac pro with the cloud gpus in mind?
If you think about it it`s pretty logical.
