can't see texture

Hi, I have give the floor a Glossy material with wood texture, but can't see the result on floor,only swirl on it. the floor already have uv on itself. How to solve this problem? thank you.

This happens when the scaling is wrong, for example the chair is kilometer high.
Look in to the export preferences of your 3D software and import of Octane.

Hi,mib2berlin, thanks for reply. This is renderd in 3dsmax octance plugin, and the floor is created in 3dsmax,I also create a new Glossy material then assign to the floor(also create a new floor in 3dsmax), but still have this same problem....

Try adjusting the ray epsilon in the kernel settings. If larger or smaller fixes your problem, then it is most likely a scale issue and you need to either leave the ray epsilon on a value that fixes the problem, or scale the whole scene up or down (most likely by powers of 10, ie one of 0.001,0.01,0.1,10,100,1000 etc). Scaling your scene properly is the preferred fix (having a non-default ray epsilon can cause other problems sometimes).
