Place to See Latest Version?

I see only 1.2 in my account, but have heard talk of 1.21 and even 1.23. Where do we see / download the latest version of the standalone version?

What about plugins? How do we see the latest number version of the plugins?

As for plugins: It's up to the plugin devs .. plugion fora are the location to check.
