Hi

I do my drawings in Revit and then they are linked into 3ds max (design).

I would like to hear if it is possible to add some objects inside Revit, and then exchange them with e.g. trees?

Thanks :-)

You can add the tree as proxies in the OctaneRender for Revit plugin. If you then transfer the scene to 3ds Max, the proxy host geometry will be transferred (not the proxy OBJ itself).
