hello everyone. I'm an official user of the plug in from a couple of hours and it looks great! But...how can I understand which gpu is running? My config. is a gtx 260 which have the monitors connected and a gtx 590 (as you know probably are two).
In the render setup tab i see some checks but i have no idea on which is which.

I don't know if this information helps, but a gtx260 is too old for OctaneRender (needs at least compute capability 2.0, gtx260 has 1.3)

So if you see two checked and the render works, that's probably the 590. For better performance you should disable SLI, after that it should show up as two gpus.

Yes i know, but the 260 it's just for windows where instead the 590 it's just for calculation. But the 590 should be appear as 2 gpu...but i have just 1 checkbox active...and even if i disable it the render keep going...and that's what i found weird!

It may be just a stub, as the plugin is still in beta. (There are several settings which aren't functional, yet.)
If you want to see if (or which) the gpus are working you should try it in the standalone renderer. There are some sample scenes you could just load.

The checkboxes in the plugin are always active, no matter how many GPUs you have. You just should know the sequence of GPUs present in your system - and set the checkboxes accordingly...
The client-part of the plugin (which is included into Blender itself) is intended to work even if connection to the server-part is not present, so it can't know exactly at any time "what GPUs are present on the server". It is one of the reasons why the checkboxes in Blender have no subscriptions - when you press "render", the client just sends the request to the server: "try please to render this job on the GPUs with these indexes if you have them".

Hi JimStar thanks for the explanation.
So could be the one below the sequence of the GPUs on my system? according to that i should check the first one and the second one and leave the others unchecked right?
