Does anybody know if the Blender plugin External Paint Autorefresh works with Octane's Blender version?

I ask because the plugin seems quite complicated so it would be nice to know if it actually works...
I'd also love to know if there are any alternatives - i.e. programs that act as bridges between Blender and Photoshop, so you can edit your 2D-images while they're still mapped to the mesh.
The purpose is too see exactly what you're doing in real-time, as opposed to importing the image into Photoshop and hope for the best.

Latest OctaneRender for Blender. Windows 10, i7 quad 3.7GHz, 16GB, 2xTitan.
Its a Blender related question. All the addons works which works with the official Blender. If i not wrong you cannot use the autorefrresh because all the image textures handled by the octane server not blender.
