Looks good! It just needs to clear a bit longer. Your noise is distributed very even now compared to the hotpixels you posted before.
You light setup through this curtain is hard to solve too.

Maybe you place a plane emitter behind the camera with a slight emitting light or use the lightings in the room to iluminate further. So more rays are cast.

If all doesn't work, then just render it bigger (2x size or so) and resize. All noise will be gone then.

Could you do another render without the curtains?
Im interested to see how fast it would clean up.

as You removed the curtains, these two light sources (lamops) are the reason why You still get some noise - for Octane it's a bit hard to calculate small mesh emitter - You can try to play around a bit with them to look what could be done, but I would say.. if You don't really need them, simply turn them off. They don't add too much of mood inside - it's day time, not logical to have them on anyway =) just an idea..

You could also try playing with the sampling rate for the emitters so that they are given different priority.
IE: increase the sampling rate for the downlight above the painting and decrease the sampling rate for the main window emitter.
It should help even out the sampling of them and provide more even noise.
