How to remove the noise, take longer to render time?

I have tried using 256K max samples can not remove all the noise .... :?

Your noise is a typical case for using caustic blur = 1 or at least 0.5 :)
And maybe noise reduction = 0.55 or 0.45

I've also used the Topaz DeNoise plugin which works quite well.
