Is this an acceptable power connection to a gtx titan?

Hi Guys

I just bought a titan and would like to ask if this is a acceptable power connector for a titan. Please note that the one replacing it is a gtx 590 and that it used two 6pin+2pin connector. Can I re-use them for the 8 pin + 6 pin connection for the titan without any danger?
