Hi All,

I have the following problem: My octane renderer module in C4D will only render in Pink. The scene is still visible from 0-10 samples, but the screen is filled with pink samples when it continues to calculate.

I attached a screenshot to show what it looks like after a couple of samples. It occured after a blue screen, and Octane immediately asked to re-enter my password/account number.

It's not a hardware related problem, since drivers say all is okay and the standalone version and 3D-games run just fine: The rig has two GTX680's.

I tried re-installing C4D, octane standalone, cleaned and re-installed the plugins and rolled back the NVIDIA drivers, but nothing seems to work. Other versions of C4D (R15 instead of R14) didn't bring a solution. Changing the kernel or colour profile in C4D didn't work.

Has anyone of you seen this before, and is there a fix? I couldn't find anything on the forums.

Thanks a lot,

Max

Allright, I found the solution.

I tried to re-register the plugin in C4D R14/R15, and after deactivation octane returned back to normal.
It reactivated automatically, so I guessed it double-activated or got confused somehow.

All works awesome now, as it should ;)
