Poser crashes after installing Octane Plugin

Hi, I have a "little" problem here.
Poser crashes after installing of Octane plugin.
In the octaneplugin.log file is "DEBUG: root: addon: __init__" .. and nothing more. I do not understand what it could be. I just reinstalled the OS and all programs. Previously worked the plugin without any problems.

System Info:
Windows 7 x64 (German version), Poser Pro 2012 SR3.1 (English version), Octane plugin 1.20.2. I have installed different plugin versions.. always the same problem.

Hi - what changed between when it was working, and when it stopped working?

What version of the Cuda drivers are you running pls? And which video card do you have?

I had Windows 8, but after a crash and other problems, I turned back to Windows 7.
The latest driver is installed (327.23 - WHQL).
Graphic cards: GTX 460 and GTX 660Ti.

Sorry - my question was.....at some point the Poser was not crashing with the plugin installed. What did you do that resulted in Poser starting to crash?

I had Windows 8, but after a crash and other problems, I turned back to Windows 7.

Is it working on your Windows 7 system?

Graphic cards: GTX 460 and GTX 660Ti.

Are the graphics cards both in the one PC? If so, do you have SLI disabled?

"What did you do that resulted in Poser starting to crash?" - I installed the octane plugin for Poser and octane standalone. In standalone version works all fine.

"Is it working on your Windows 7 system?" - No, after Windows reintalling Poser don't start with intalled octane plugin anymore. Without plugin the are no problems, Poser works fine.

SLI-Mode is disabled.
Is there any possibility to debug the start of the plugin?

If the plugin is not working on either PC, I can only think that perhaps you have a corrupted installer. Can you pls re-download and reinstall the plugin to make sure pls.

It is one and the same PC but with different operating systems.
The installer seems to be ok.
I have just installed the plugin on another PC ..Poser starts without any problems..hmm

Thanks. I'm not clear on exactly the setup you have on the configuration that is not working. Do you have dual operating systems, but only one install of Poser? Regardless it's looking like a CUDA or Poser install issue. May I suggest reinstalling the NVidia drivers, and reinstall PoserPro plus the SR.

The setup ist simple: PC with single Windows 7 Pro x64 instalation.

I've tried with Poser and drivers reinstall. I tried using German and English versions of Poser .. always the same .. after the instalation of octane plugin - a error while starting Poser.

I have a chamber experiment. All pyc-files have been moved except __Init__.pyc. Then I checked what the error has reported the Phyton.

First, it has not found the Global.pyc file. The file was then copied back to the directory. Poser started without problems.
Then it said that UIManager.pyc file is missing. The file was copied back, but from now Poser crashed.

Maybe it helps in troubleshooting ..
