dont know what else to call it, but I always use certain passes (material id and shading normals) and have a method of naming for quick import into photoshop (1-1.png for main render 1-2.png for shading normals and 1.png for material id) I love octane and believe it to be one of the best renders out there. the main things holding it back are common features like render pass automation. its time consuming to have to click through these and save each file when it should be done in one click.

this feature would be optimal in my opinion if it works as follows: select via check boxes which passes you want to use, beside each check box have a text field where you can specify what the file sub name will be so you are able to customize how you want (something a lot of others dont have). these settings should be savable so it loads up the same each time you open octane. when you press save image, you simply name the file, the rest is automated.

a step even further would be psd packaging. in other words, you customize what order you want the passes layered to be in and when you press save, its all done in one step. This would be a HUGE time saver shaving seconds and minutes off of each process will save hours in the long haul.

One other pass i would like to see added, is object ID.

Thanks.
